For Hôtel Les Bulles de Paris, near Notre-Dame : Boil a few days before Christmas. The hotel is located just steps from Notre-Dame.
Truce for work, the helmet is deposited, blue, tools, to prepare for the festivities and enjoy a coupe of Champagne.
