The exceptional cuvées of our Sommelier Thursdays
Once a month, we invite our guests to get together in our tasting room beneath beautiful vaults of white stone so typical of Paris. You will be welcomed by Sylvie Schindler, our oenologist specialising in champagnes, who will guide you in discovering the great champagne houses and provide you with a special tasting experience. For the next meetings, the houses of Roederer, Perrier, Billecart-Salmon and Bocquillon will be in the spotlight.
The thousand facets of champagne
The choices of our oenologist for these Sommelier Thursdays show the diversity of champagne. On May 23rd, you are invited to taste one of the most prestigious cuvées in the history of champagne, Cristal, originally reserved for the Tsars, followed by the Blanc de Noirs cuvée of Joseph Perrier. On June 27th, to celebrate the arrival of the holidays, a Rosé with fine notes of citrus fruits and berries will be honoured along with an exclusive Blanc de Blancs as pure and elegant as our Hotel Les Bulles de Paris.
