This is the rendezvous for all those who worship champagne! Each Thursday Sommellerie, you have the perfect opportunity to enjoy a selection of champagne in the company of a leading specialist, Sylvie Schindler. The event takes place in the very friendly and refined atmosphere of the bar of the Hotel les Bulles in Paris, an establishment entirely dedicated to champagne. This is a great way to deepen your passion for champagne, and educate your palate to all the subtleties of your favourite festive tipple. For the next edition, which takes place on January 18th from 18:00 to 20:00, the selected beverages are the Jacques Lassaigne and Cuvée 225 of Nicolas Feuillate, the Grande Dame of Veuve Cliquot and the cuvée Nicolas François of Billecart-Salmon. Please note that the next events will be held on February 15th, March 15th, April 19th, May 17th and June 21st.
